What you need to get started

  • A phone or tablet for staff to take and manage orders
  • A 6-digit PIN for your staff (we set it up with you)
  • Optional: a countertop receipt printer (we provide it)

Your data, handled properly

Docket is fully GDPR compliant. Customer data is handled carefully so you don’t have to worry about it.

  • Customer details are automatically anonymised after 30 days
  • All data deleted within 12 months — nothing lingers
  • We’re registered with the ICO (the UK data regulator)
